Augusta is a five-star Electro Broadblade Resonator who plays as a heavy-attack-focused Main DPS. She excels at chaining empowered combos through Prowess, Ascendancy, and Majesty stacks, culminating in her powerful Sworn Allegiance state. Her Outro Skill also boosts the next character’s damage, making her flexible in team rotations.
We recommend going through the in-game tutorial to learn Augusta’s rotations so that you can have first-hand experience with Augusta’s combat. Building her is easy enough; you just need to farm the correct echo set, fit Augusta with all the proper stats, and max out her useful Forte skills
Augusta Best Echo Set

Augusta’s best Echo set is a mix of Crown of Valor (3-piece) and Void Thunder (2-piece).
- Crown of Valor provides stacking ATK and Crit DMG whenever Augusta gains a shield. Since she generates shields passively with her inherent skill, this set is always active.
- Void Thunder adds an Electro DMG bonus, perfectly matching her elemental role.
For the main Echo, prioritize The False Sovereign, which boosts both Electro DMG and Heavy Attack DMG, exactly what Augusta relies on.
When building Augusta, aim for at least:
- 70 Crit Rate
- 220+ Crit Damage
For Echo slotting, follow this order. Augusta benefits most from the standard 4-3-3-1-1 echo setup
Echo Slot Number | Echo Cost | Priority Main Stat | Priority Sub Stat |
1 (Main Slot) | 4 | Crit Rate / Crit Damage | Crit Rate, Crit Damage, Heavy Attack DMG, Electro DMG% |
2 | 3 | Electro DMG% | Crit Rate, Crit Damage, ATK%, Heavy Attack DMG |
3 | 3 | Electro DMG% | Crit Rate, Crit Damage, ATK%, Heavy Attack DMG |
4 | 1 | ATK% | Crit Rate, Crit Damage, Heavy Attack DMG |
5 | 1 | ATK% | Crit Rate, Crit Damage, Heavy Attack DMG |
Augusta Best Weapons

- Thunderflare Dominion: Augusta’s signature 5-star broadblade. Increases ATK, Crit Rate, and Heavy Attack DMG. While shielded, Heavy Attacks partially ignore enemy DEF, making it her optimal choice.
- Verdant Summit: A strong 5-star alternative with Crit DMG, Electro DMG bonus, and Heavy Attack DMG increase after Intro or Liberation.
- Ages of Harvest: Another 5-star option focused on Resonance Skill DMG and Crit Rate, viable if you prefer a skill-oriented playstyle.
Augusta Forte Upgrade Priority
Augusta’s power spikes come from her heavy-attack chains and Sworn Allegiance phase. Her key damage tools revolve around skill usage and empowered combos. Prioritize them in this order:
- Resonance Skill: Core of her kit, generates Ascendancy and enables Forte combos.
- Forte Resonance (Heavy Attack chain): Powers her main damage output.
- Resonance Liberation: Provides shielding utility and boosts damage in rotations.
- Outro Skill: Adds team damage bonus, useful in coordinated setups.
- Basic Attack: Optional, only level for filler damage in downtime.
Augusta Gameplay & Rotations
Like most wuwa characters, you could follow the “build forte gauge and spam everything” with Augusta. And if you want the details, follow this rotation to maximise your damage with Augusta and to use her effectively.
- Start with Intro Skill to get an early Prowess boost.
- Use Basic/Heavy Attacks to fill Prowess.
- Cast Resonance Skill → generates Ascendancy.
- At 100 Ascendancy, use Forte-enhanced Heavy Attack chain (Strike → Leap → Plunge).
- Gain 2 Majesty stacks (one from Plunge, one from passive/Outro).
- Activate Sworn Allegiance (hold Heavy Attack); time-freeze state where you unleash 9 slashes.
- Finish with Everbright Protector to deal burst damage and clear buffs.
- Switch out with Outro Skill to give your next character a 15% All-Attribute DMG buff.
